To combat woe and create art and community, as well as to keep the metaphorical “stage lights” on during the first half of the 2020 quarantine, Company of Fools conducted a series of virtual play readings via Zoom. Here’s what we did:

• We read 38 plays! Some established, some brand-new originals, and everything in between!

• We worked with over 100 artists, including playwrights and performers.

• We raised money for The Actors Fund and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

• We hosted 5 virtual trivia nights.

• We got to keep hanging out with you, our CoF family, and keep the metaphorical stage lights on!
