APRIL 2nd-14th, 2019
The Gallery @ The ACCESS THEATER,
New York, NY 10013
You may not feel worthy of love. Your family didn't express themselves that way. Your acquaintances had agendas. Your friendships were short lived. Nobody says yes to you. In a seedy Bronx dive bar, Danny (Cameron Clarke) meets Roberta (Cristina Ramos). Though they have been misunderstood and abused, two strangers lead each other, stumblingly, to the truth of love: It's not what you get. It's what you give.
In sticking with our mission of bringing new and original life to 20th-century works, we are so thrilled to present this gritty, bilingual production of John Patrick Shanley's heartrending tale of desperate and violent love. Company of Fools managing director Collin Blackard will take the helm in his directorial debut with this masterpiece.
#DATDBS performs in the Gallery at Access Theater (380 Broadway), April 2nd-14th, 2019 (Tuesdays through Sundays), with all performances at 8:00 pm.
